Michigan: Nurse Practitioners now carry a named instrument, the Delegation Agreement
Our Michigan record for nurse practitioners previously listed no statutory name for the instrument; it now names the Delegation Agreement. For an NP checking what document Michigan expects, the instrument now has a name on our page.

The statutory name we record for Michigan physician assistants moved from "written practice agreement" to "Written Practice Agreement." The instrument is the same; the name on our page now matches how it is styled.

Wisconsin: PA and NP instruments recorded as Written Collaborative Agreement and Collaborative Arrangement
Wisconsin's two entries were restyled this week: the PA instrument is now recorded as the Written Collaborative Agreement, and the NP instrument as the Collaborative Arrangement. Both names carry the word collaborative rather than supervision.

Utah: the PA independence condition now points to the written-agreement note
Utah physician assistants still reach independent practice at 10,000 or more hours of post-graduate clinical experience. Below that threshold, our condition text now sends you to the note under Written agreement, where the two lower tiers are described.

Federal: Social Security Administration issues SSR 26-2p on documenting disability in young adults
The Social Security Administration published notice of Social Security Ruling 26-2p, which consolidates its policies on documenting and evaluating disability in young adults and rescinds and replaces SSR 11-2p. PAs and NPs who write evidence for disability claims in this age group work from the consolidated ruling.
